I was originally leery of them so I did a search on this forum. VSTBuzz does fall in the "too good to be true" category. While annoying, these kinds of things happen. Apparently the registration code is discarded when successfully registered so further attempts result in a "not found" error message rather than an "already registered" message. My attempt at registration was actually successful. The first time I tried to register I got an error page, similar to a 404. The problem turned out to be with Continuata. I finally contacted them when I found the email address. Since there is no indication VSTBuzz is a large corporation, I should have just picked any of the options and stated my problem. I hate it when I am given a set of options, none of which describe my problem. My issue with not contacting them directly earlier was annoyance with their contact menu system. I emailed VSTBuzz when I got home from my gig at 1:00 am and I woke up to an answer. Secondly, my experience does not match your concerns. What you are buying is a discounted e-coupon that can be used to purchase the product. You are not buying the product from them.
